143-A:9-a Failure to Pay Application Fee; Fee Disposition. –

I.

When a licensee fails to pay the applicable fee required by this chapter, the commissioner of the department of health and human services, after notice and hearing pursuant to rules adopted under RSA 541-A, may suspend or revoke the license or may issue an appropriate order.
