143:15 Effect of Revocation, Etc. – Any person, firm or corporation whose license has been suspended or revoked, or for whom a renewal therefor has been denied, shall discontinue the manufacture and sale within the state of the products concerned. The sale of the products of any manufacturer or bottler not licensed or registered as herein provided shall constitute a violation of this subdivision. Source. 1925, 107:4. PL 137:14. RL 162:17.
