146-B:1 Definitions. – In this chapter:

"Established name" has the meaning given in section 502(e)(3) of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. 352(e)(3)).

"Equivalent drug product" means a therapeutically equivalent drug product with the same established name, active ingredient strength, quantity and dosage form as the drug product identified in the prescription.

IV.
