RSA 147:14-a · Investigation and Inspection
147:14-a Investigation and Inspection. – Any authorized member or agent of the department of health and human services may enter any land for the purpose of collecting information that may be necessary to investigate or inspect drainage systems pursuant to RSA 147:14 or private sewage systems pursuant to RSA 147:17-a.
