151-A:12 Restoration of Licenses and/or Registrations. –

I.

The board may, in its discretion, reissue a license and/or registration to any person whose license and/or registration has been revoked.

If a person convicted of a felony or crime deemed to be a felony is subsequently pardoned by the governor of the state where such conviction was had or by the president of the United States, or shall receive a certificate of good conduct granted by the board of parole, the board shall, on application of such person and on the submission of evidence satisfactory to the board, restore to such person the nursing home administrator's license and/or registration.
