153-A:15 Fees. – The commissioner may charge a fee for licensure of an emergency medical service unit, an emergency medical service vehicle, or an emergency medical care provider. However, no fee shall be charged to a nonprofit corporation or volunteer association. The sums obtained from fees charged for licensure shall be forwarded to the state treasurer to be deposited into the general fund. Source. 1999, 345:6, eff. July 1, 1999.
