158:38-a Placement of Simulated Explosives. –
Any person who places or causes the placement of any device simulating an explosive or other similar dangerous substance or contrivance in any location, thereby causing anxiety, unrest, fear, or personal discomfort to any person, shall be guilty of a class A felony.
