161-M:6 Penalty. – Any facility or person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of an unfair or deceptive act or practice as provided in RSA 358-A and shall be penalized in accordance with RSA 358-A:6. Source. 2014, 203:1, eff. Jan. 1, 2015.
