[RSA 170-A:2 effective until the conditions of 2022, 324:4 are met; see also RSA 170-A set out below.] 170-A:2 Financial Responsibility. – Financial responsibility for any child placed pursuant to the provisions of the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the compact in the first instance.
