RSA 170-H:7 · Juvenile Parole Records

170-H:7 Juvenile Parole Records. – The board shall have access to all juvenile records of the department. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, the board shall have access to all records in the possession of the department of health and human services concerning juveniles committed to the custody of the department of health and human services pursuant to RSA 169-B:19, I(j).
