RSA 175:5-a · Food Products
175:5-a Food Products. –
Copy linkThis title shall not apply to sales of edible food products, which are not intended to be consumed as a liquid, containing not over 6 percent alcohol by volume.
Copy linkIt shall be unlawful for any person to sell or cause or procure to be sold any edible food product containing not less than 1/2 of one percent alcohol by volume, at 60 degrees Fahrenheit, to any person under the age of 21.
