RSA 178:25 · Transfer of Location
178:25 Transfer of Location. – A holder of an on-premises license restricted to the service of private groups may petition the commission for permission to operate under such license at a location owned or controlled by the licensee other than that designated in such license. The commission may grant such permission upon the following conditions:
Copy linkNotice of the number of days during which the new premises are to be used shall not exceed 3 consecutive days at any one time, nor more than 6 nonconsecutive days, for any organization.
Copy linkThe petition shall have attached to it written statements from the officials of the town where the new premises are located as follows: approval of the chief of the fire department as to safety of the premises, approval by the health department as to sanitary accommodations, and approval by the chief of police as to accessibility of the premises.
Copy linkDuring the time the substitute premises are in use the premises at the original location shall be closed.
