179:35 Retention of Invoices and Sale and Delivery Slips. –
All invoices, sales slips and delivery slips, current and covering a period of 60 days prior to the current date pertaining to purchases of beverages and liquor shall be retained by the licensee on the premises or be readily available for examination by the commission or its liquor investigators.
