RSA 179:60 · Interference With Liquor Investigators
179:60 Interference With Liquor Investigators. – It shall be unlawful to resist or attempt to resist arrest by a liquor investigator, or to obstruct, or to intimidate or interfere with a liquor investigator in the performance of his duty. Any person who violates any of the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Source. 1990, 255:1, eff. July 1, 1990.
