RSA 184:86 · Denial and Revocation

184:86 Denial and Revocation. – A license shall be denied or revoked by the commissioner for failure to comply with any or all of the following requirements:

I.

Any milk plant, milk distributor or producer-distributor located within the state who fails to comply with the provisions of this subdivision or rules adopted hereunder; or who purchases, processes or offers for sale any milk or milk products any part of which comes from any point outside the state unless such milk or milk products are produced within that state under provisions which are substantially equivalent to the requirements established by this subdivision or rules adopted hereunder, and said requirements are enforced with equal effectiveness as determined by an enforcement rating conducted on such forms and in such a manner and by such milk inspectors.

II.

Any milk plant located within the state which takes on a milk producer who does not hold a valid producer's permit.

III.

Any milk plant, milk distributor or producer-distributor located outside the state unless their milk or milk products have been produced and processed under provisions which are substantially equivalent to the requirements established by this subdivision or regulations promulgated hereunder, and said requirements are enforced with equal effectiveness as determined by an enforcement rating.

IV.
