188-F:21-a Freedom of Association. – No institution within the community college system of New Hampshire which accepts state funds shall prohibit, as a condition of admission or continued enrollment, any student from becoming a member of any group or organization, nor shall an institution take disciplinary action against a student based solely on the student's membership in a group or organization.
