194-B:13 Chartered Public Schools; Operations; Curriculum. –

I.

A chartered public school shall operate in accordance with its charter.

The internal form of governance of a chartered public school shall be determined by the school's charter.

III.

The board of trustees, in consultation with teachers and the principal, shall determine the chartered public school's curriculum and develop the school's annual budget.
