RSA 200-N:3 · Requirements for Trained Designees
200-N:3 Requirements for Trained Designees. – An individual shall comply with the following requirements in order to act as a trained designee:
Copy linkHave or reasonably expect to have, responsibility for at least one other member of the campus community as a result of the individual's employment.
