202-A:13 Discretionary Powers. – The library trustees shall also have the following powers:

I.

To authorize the payment from library funds for the necessary expenses of library staff members attending library courses and meetings for professional advancement;

To extend the privileges and use of the library to nonresidents upon such terms and conditions as they may prescribe;

III.

To deposit library funds for the purchase of books and related materials with the state treasurer to secure economies through pooling of purchasing with the state library. Such funds so deposited shall be held by the state treasurer in a separate account to be paid out upon orders of the state library.
