RSA 203:27 · Reports
203:27 Reports. – At least 30 days prior to the annual public hearing on the municipality's budget, an authority shall file with the clerk a financial report for the authority's last fiscal year, provided that such fiscal year shall end at least 90 days prior to the public hearing.
