205-D:11 Expiration and Renewal. –

I.

All licenses issued by the office shall expire in accordance with RSA 310.

II.

Persons licensed as installers are eligible for renewal of their licenses if they:

(a)

Are not in violation of this chapter;

Copy link
(b)

Meet any requirements for continuing education established by the board in rules adopted pursuant to RSA 541-A; and

(c)
