207:52 Uprooting. – If any person shall pull or take any growing rockweed or sea moss from the rocks, banks or shores of this state, except by cutting same with a knife so as not to detach or injure its roots, he shall be guilty of a violation. Source. 1973, 532:10, eff. Nov. 1, 1973.
