211:1 Violation of Rules and Regulations. –
A person who violates any provision of the rules and regulations promulgated under the provisions of RSA 206:10 to 13 shall be guilty of a violation and in addition shall be guilty of a violation for each fish taken, possessed, bought or sold in violation thereof.
