211:16-b Fishing Tournaments. –

I.

No person shall promote or operate any fishing tournament in the waters under the jurisdiction of this state without first procuring a special permit from the executive director to do so.

II.

The executive director shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to definitions, fees, conditions, requirements for waivers, including waivers of the fee, qualifications, and all other criteria relating to the operation of a fishing tournament on any waters of the state.
