RSA 212:7 · Title and Control
212:7 Title and Control. – The title to any land acquired by purchase, gift, or lease, shall be approved by the attorney general and shall be taken by the executive director in the name of the state. The deed to any such land or property shall be deposited with the secretary of state. The entire control of such land shall be under the direction of the executive director. Source. 1935, 124:6.
