214:20-b Penalties for Intoxicated Hunting. –

I.

Any person who shall be convicted of a violation of RSA 214:20 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. In addition to any penalty provided by law, such person's hunting license shall be revoked and the person shall not be issued a license to hunt for a period of 3 years.
