RSA 214:37 · Penalties

214:37 Penalties. –

I.

Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter where another specific penalty is not provided shall be guilty of a violation if a natural person or guilty of a misdemeanor if any other person.

II.

A person who furnishes to another person, or permits another person to have or use, a license issued to himself or any other person, or changes or alters such license or coupon, or uses a license or license coupon issued to another person, or makes a false statement in an application, or knowingly guides a hunter who does not have a license as provided in RSA 214, shall be guilty of a violation.

Any person who has been found guilty, in any court, of 3 separate violations of any law under Title XVIII that carries a license suspension penalty, within 7 years of the first finding of guilty of any such violation, shall be deemed a habitual offender and shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
