214:7 Issuance of Licenses; License Agents; Electronic Issuance. –

Licenses, tags, or permits shall be issued by the executive director through his or her agents under such agreements, and in such form, as the executive director may prescribe. Licensees shall furnish information concerning fish, game, or fur-bearing animals as the executive director may require.
