215-A:18 OHRV Fines. –
Copy linkThe court or justice of any court in which a complaint for a violation of any law or any rule adopted pursuant to RSA 541-A, brought by a conservation officer of the New Hampshire fish and game department, is prosecuted shall remit the amount of any fine or forfeiture paid pursuant to such complaint as provided in RSA 206:34.
Copy linkThe court or justice of any court in which a complaint for a violation of any law or rule adopted pursuant to RSA 541-A brought by a forest and park patrol officer of the department of natural and cultural resources is prosecuted shall, within 30 days after any fine or forfeiture is paid, remit the amount thereof to the commissioner of the department of natural and cultural resources; provided, however, that, from each fine collected by a municipal or district court, there shall be deducted $10 and 20 percent of that part of the fine which exceeds $10 and the same shall be continually appropriated to the department for the purposes of RSA 215-A:23, VI.
