216-A:16 Cooperation with Other Agencies. – The department of natural and cultural resources shall work in cooperation with other municipal, state and federal agencies, including private organizations, in order to carry out its duties. Such agencies and organizations shall assist the department to assure that all existing state owned or leased lands within the trail corridor are reviewed for use in the development of the New Hampshire Heritage Trail.
