216-I:15 Exception for Motorsport Events. –

I.

Except as provided in RSA 216-I:4, II, this chapter shall not apply to recreational vehicles used in conjunction with scheduled racing events held at motorsport facilities.

Motorsport facilities with permanent seating capacity greater than 40,000 seats.
