RSA 227-C:30 · Eligibility

227-C:30 Eligibility. – In order to qualify for grant assistance, agricultural buildings and structures shall be listed in the National Register of Historic Places, or shall be formally determined to be eligible for the National Register of Historic Places, or shall be listed or formally determined to be eligible for listing in the New Hampshire State Register of Historic Places, in accordance with established procedures of the division of historical resources, prior to receiving any grant funds. Priority will be given to projects that:

Preserve historic building features.

Preserve important examples of historic agricultural building types.

Promote productive long-term use of the property.

Preserve important local landmarks.

Are located on designated scenic and cultural byways.
