Copy linkKnowingly acquire any human remains removed from unmarked burials in New Hampshire after January 1, 1987, except in accordance with the provisions of this chapter;
Copy linkKnowingly retain human remains acquired from unmarked burials in New Hampshire after January 1, 1987, for scientific analysis beyond a period of time provided for such analysis pursuant to the provisions of RSA 227-C:8-d through 8-f, with the exception of those remains curated under the provisions of RSA 227-C:8-g.
