RSA 228:60 · Title to Property of Railroads
228:60 Title to Property of Railroads. – The commissioner is hereby authorized to take whatever steps are necessary in order to determine the absolute fee simple title ownership of all such rail properties of any railroad within the state of New Hampshire. Such determination is to include the status of such rail properties with respect to easements, rights-of-way, leases, reversionary rights, fee simple title ownership, and any and all title matters. The commissioner may retain such experts or other assistants as may be necessary to make these title determinations. Source. 1981, 568:55, eff. July 1, 1981.
