231:4 Village Districts Not Eligible for Road Funds. – Notwithstanding the provisions of RSA 231:1 and any other statutes to the contrary, village districts shall not be eligible to receive funds pursuant to RSA 235. Source. RSA 232:2-a. 1975, 455:4. 1981, 87:1. 1983, 122:1, eff. July 1, 1983.
