234:28 Limitation on Expenditures. –

I.
The total amount that may be expended on any bridge under this subdivision for the above purpose shall in no instance exceed the estimated sum that might be necessary for the construction or reconstruction of a bridge under RSA 234:4, 10 and 11.

II.
