259:3-b Alcohol Concentration. – "Alcohol concentration" shall mean either grams of alcohol per 100 milliliters of blood, grams of alcohol per 67 milliliters of urine, or grams of alcohol per 210 liters of breath. Source. 1989, 319:1, eff. July 1, 1989.
