263:98 Rulemaking Authority. – The commissioner shall adopt rules under RSA 541-A relative to:

Procedures for commercial drivers to notify the department of convictions of violating any state law or local ordinance relating to motor vehicle traffic control, in any other state or Canada, other than parking violations.
