266:21 Exception for Winter Highway Maintenance. –
Any construction equipment and motor vehicles used for the winter maintenance of ways that are owned, leased, or rented by the state or any political subdivision of the state are exempt from the limitations in RSA 266:18, RSA 266:11, and RSA 266:12.
