270-E:20 Change in Rates, Charges, and Schedules. –
Unless the department otherwise orders, no change shall be made in any rate, fare, charge or price, which has been filed or published by a common carrier by water in compliance with the requirements hereof, except after 30 days' notice to the department and such notice to the public as the department shall direct.
