RSA 270:41 · Exceptions
270:41 Exceptions. – This subdivision shall not apply to:
Copy linkA motorboat competing under a permit issued by the director in a regatta, boat race, trial run for a speed record or official trial for a speed record during the time and in the designated area authorized by the permit.
