270:72 Penalties. –
Copy linkExcept as provided in paragraph II, any person violating the provisions of this subdivision shall be guilty of a violation for the first offense and guilty of a misdemeanor for any additional offenses.
Copy linkAny person who steals or falsifies a decal issued under RSA 270:62 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
Copy linkThe director may deny an application for a subsequent mooring permit to any person found to have violated the provisions of this subdivision.
