270:89 Cocheco River. – No person shall use or operate any motorboat or any boat equipped with an outboard motor with a manufacturer's rated capacity in excess of 7.5 horsepower, nor shall any person exceed a headway speed of 10 miles per hour with any motorboat equipped with an outboard motor upon the waters of the Cocheco River within the city limits of Rochester.
