275-C:17 Penalty. –
Notwithstanding RSA Title LXII, failure to comply with any provision of this subdivision or any rule or regulation issued thereunder shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $1,000, or by imprisonment for not more than 30 days, or both.
