RSA 277:13-a · Petition for Inspection
277:13-a Petition for Inspection. – Any employee may petition the commissioner to inspect any place of employment in which the employee is employed for the purpose of determining whether the employer has violated any of the provisions of this chapter or rules adopted under this chapter. Upon receipt of such petition, the commissioner shall cause such place of employment to be inspected within a reasonable time. Source. 1985, 243:4, eff. Jan. 1, 1986.
