RSA 281-A:3 · Election by Employer Not Subject to Law
281-A:3 Election by Employer Not Subject to Law. – Any employer, not subject to the provisions of this chapter, may accept its provisions by purchasing valid workers' compensation insurance applicable to the employment. Such employer shall thereafter be liable to all employees in the same manner as subject employers during the period when such insurance remains in force. During such time, employees of such employer shall be subject to the provisions and limitations of RSA 281-A:8. Source. 1988, 194:2, eff. July 1, 1989.
