RSA 281-A:34 · Maximum Benefits

281-A:34 Maximum Benefits. – In no case, except as provided in RSA 281-A:31, 32, or 33, shall the weekly compensation payable under this chapter exceed the benefits set forth in RSA 281-A:28. Source. 1988, 194:2, eff. July 1, 1989.
