287-D:20 Prizes. –
Copy linkIn games where chips have no monetary value, except for high-stakes tournaments, as defined in RSA 287-D:1, XI-a, 3 percent of all funds collected from players, less moneys used by the lottery commission to fund authorized personnel expenses and related costs, shall be paid to the state treasurer to be deposited into the special fund established in RSA 284:21-j. Such payments shall be made once per month not later than the 15th day of the month for the funds collected in the previous month. I-a. In high-stakes tournaments, as defined in RSA 287-D:1, XI-a, 5 percent of house winnings, after prizes paid, less moneys used by the lottery commission to fund authorized personnel expenses and related costs, shall be paid to the state treasurer to be deposited into the special fund established in RSA 284:21-j. Such payments shall be made once per month not later than the 15th day of the month for the funds collected in the previous month.

Copy linkNotwithstanding any other provision of law, the cash value of free bets and promotional credits of all table games, historic horse racing (HHR), and VLTs shall be exempted from revenues subject to charity allocation and payments to the state, so long as the cash value of such promotions for each type of game, whether it be table games, HHR, or VLTs, does not exceed 15 percent of the total revenue from that type of game for a given month.
