287-E:25-a Administrative Orders and Fines. –

I.

The lottery commission, pursuant to rules adopted under RSA 287-E:18, may impose an administrative order and fine, which shall be scaled to reflect the scope and severity of the violation for each offense, upon any person who violates any provision of this chapter or rules adopted pursuant to this chapter.

II.

Any administrative fine imposed under this section shall not preclude the imposition of further penalties or administrative actions under this chapter.

All fines imposed by the lottery commission shall be deposited in the special fund established pursuant to RSA 284:21-j. Source. 2015, 276:134, eff. July 1, 2015.
