287-I:17 Rulemaking. – The commission shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to the operation, conduct, location, and oversight of sports books. The commission may enact emergency rules, which will take effect upon approval. Source. 2019, 215:1, eff. July 12, 2019.
